Britepaths' Workforce Development Program helps job seekers navigate the job search process and find meaningful employment. The program is designed to work with under- or un-employed men and women in an individualized and coordinated way to ensure that all of their workforce development needs are met. The types of workforce development support and assistance available to clients include: Job and career identification and planning. Referrals to educational, job training, or professional certification programs, if needed. Resume review. Workshops focused on career development and job search strategies. Professional and social networking guidance and invitation to events. Financial literacy and budgeting workshops or coaching, if needed. Participation in Network Up, a short-term mentoring program that pairs job seekers with a professional in their desired job sector.
Employment Programs for adults age 18 and who have any disability negatively affecting competitive employment. Services consist of pre-employment skills training, situational assessments, work adjustment, job skills training, job placement and on-the job training. Provides job opportunities in competitive integrated employment.

The provision of employment related services for eligible individuals receiving SNAP and TANF to assist client in entering and retaining employment. Upon assessment of employment needs, individuals may receive job skills training, on-the-job training, community work experience, job readiness training, job search and /or educational services. Assistance with transportation, day care and other work related expenses may available to those who qualify.

CARITAS Works provides intensive, innovative and life transforming career preparation and job placement services to motivated individuals referred by Richmond's homeless services system. Offers 5-week all-day training that focuses on career development and job readiness begins with classes in basic computer skills, resume writing, interviewing techniques and professional networking.
Provides One Stop Center for integrated, user-friendly and responsive services to community of employers, workers and job seekers. Provides job service assistance including job matching, job referral and job information as well as unemployment insurance benefits. Also offers senior citizens various employment programs. Works in partnership with the community to provide various support services to individuals seeking employment. Services are open to the public.
