A home visiting, case management program providing nursing assessment, medical and social referrals for high risk pregnant women and infants up to the age of two.

Infants and children are provided periodic comprehensive medical examinations, immunizations to prevent childhood infectious diseases, developmental screenings, lead screening, parental education regarding nutrition, safety, and health, and referrals to other agencies. Case management services are offered to high-risk infants and children.

Family Lifeline's Early Childhood Initiative offers three models of early childhood home visitation: Healthy Families, Children's Health Involving Parents (CHIP), and Parents As Teachers. We work in partnership with parents to offer health education and parenting guidance to pregnant persons and families with young children. The Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP) is a community partnership dedicated to providing medical and dental services to children of Fairfax County who otherwise are ineligible to receive healthcare offered through Medicaid or other private and public sources.
