Resource Centers are health clinics with a variety of services available in public housing communities. All services are offered to anyone, and cost is based on a financial eligibility sliding sale. The Resource Centers also refer and connect patients to primary care providers and other community services, empowering residents to get connected to the care they need.

The Fralin Free Clinic is a safety net healthcare provider that provide comprehensive care as a transitional medical home. Clinic Services include: Checkups and Physicals Behavioral Health Services Medication Assistance Dental Care Vision Care Education (Classes include Diabetic Education, Smoking Cessation, Post-acute Withdrawal, The Addicted Brain, Oral Health, and Healthy Living) Medicaid Enrollment

Serves patients who are fully uninsured, with no Medicare or Medicaid, low-income, below 200 percent of the federal poverty level and reside in Tazewell, Buchanan or Russell counties. Some of our patients are working either full or part time jobs which do not provide health insurance or cannot afford it with the minimum wages being earned.

Hayes E. Willis Health Center serves residents of South Richmond communities, providing families with a low-cost alternative to the Bainbridge Clinic or the MCV Hospitals emergency room. It offers families health care for children, adolescents, adults and seniors.

Bedford Community Health Center offers primary care services to adult and pediatric patients, as well as behavioral health. Office based opioid treatment; an outpatient therapy for those wanting to stop opioid usage. Pharmacy on-site with home delivery available. All insurances are accepted. Uninsured or underinsured patients may apply for a reduced fee rate based on household size and income.

East Cary Health Center will provide services to underserved individuals throughout the Richmond region including those experiencing homelessness and housing instability, living in or around public housing, and/or living with HIV. Provides primary care, dental, and case management.

Provides basic health services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in Southwest Virginia. Offers many services on a sliding scale to migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: primary care medical services, health education, outreach, health assessments, referrals, and case management. The MHN outreach workers identify health problems and assist farmworkers to obtain health care at one of our clinical partners centers.

The Free Clinic of Pulaski County serves those in the community who are otherwise not served by Medicaid or Medicare, do not have private health insurance and whose entire household income falls at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guideline. The clinic also assists patients in accessing the Medication Assistance Programs of the various pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Daily Planet Health Services provide accessible, comprehensive, and integrated quality health services to anyone regardless of their housing, financial, citizenship, or insurance status.

Provides comprehensive, primary health care to individuals and families in need of services. Care available at Southern Dominion Health System, Inc. includes infant and childcare, adolescent medicine, primary gynecology, adult primary care, geriatrics, preventive health care, and minor surgery.

A federally qualified health center that accepts all insurances and offers sliding fee payments to those without insurance. All patients are served regardless of ability to pay. Services include: primary care services to include family medicine, pediatric and geriatric, minor surgery, minor emergency, immunizations, wellness screenings, patient education, lab, x-rays, ultrasound/ECHO, EKG, bone density, telemedicine, medication assistance program, dietitian, health and weight management program, enrollment and outreach, aesthetic laser services, behavioral health services and dental. GPW Health Center provides Adult Medical, Pediatric, OB/GYN, Dental, and Behavioral Health services regardless of age, sex, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, legal status, income, or insurance status. GPW Health Center offer uninsured patients a discount program for all health care services based on family size and household income. Additional services include prescription assistance, Medicaid insurance enrollment and renewal assistance, and specialist referrals.

General medical clinic offering non emergent care for uninsured patients who reside in the counties of Prince Edward, Cumberland, Charlotte, Buckingham, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Amelia counties in Virginia. Providers are all volunteer doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and citizens of the local community.

Provides a federally qualified community health center that offers primary and preventive medical care to citizens of Nelson and the surrounding communities in Albemarle and Amherst County, regardless of ability to pay. Special assistance such as sliding fees, and medical interpretation are available.

Services include: registration for the Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center; access to residential treatment programs; request for copy of DD-214 and other military records; assistance with discharge upgrades; information regarding VA compensation and pension information and community resource referrals.
