Family planning is a preventive health service directly related to female reproductive health care. It includes abstinence education, providing contraceptives and reducing exposures to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). It also includes improving a woman's general health so she can conceive and deliver a healthy infant and minimize her risk factors for the diseases and injuries that can decrease the length or quality of her life.

The Pregnancy Support Center provides free pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, options counseling, information, material assistance, telephone referrals, adoption referrals, information on pre-natal development, and post abortive services.

Offers pregnancy confirmation, peer counseling on pregnancy options, STI testing and nurse's assessment. ALL services are free and confidential. Connections Program connects patients with local community resources that offer assistance and education while supporting them in all aspects of their well-being.

Provides professional, affordable health care and sexual health information. Also offers education, training and public advocacy activities. Services include free pregnancy testing, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, birth control, emergency contraception, and adoption referrals. A service to help men and women plan their families. This enables them to plan pregnancies when they are ready and prevent unplanned pregnancies. An annual gynecological examination that may includes a breast exam; pap test; screening for Sexually Transmitted Illnesses (STIs); preconception and nutrition information; and health education and counseling all based on individual health needs. Offers comprehensive pregnancy care including high-risk obstetric care and in-office ultrasounds(including 3D and 4D ultrasounds). Provides gynecology services including second opinions for surgery, birth control options and family planning, and breast health care.

Free services include pregnancy testing, educational and material support, emergency diaper and formula assistance as available, resource referrals, sexual integrity education and after-abortion and pregnancy/infant loss support groups. Medical services include primary care, annual checkups, cancer screenings, urinary tract infection and vaginal infection treatment, birth control consultation and supplies, pregnancy testing and options counseling, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, confidential HIV testing, surgical and medication abortion. Metro Women’s Care provides medical services and compassionate counseling to help women navigate pregnancy decisions.

A family planning clinic is available for men and women at each health. Services include a physical exam, a pap smear, a check for sexually transmitted diseases, a discussion of birth control, assessment/treatment of minor vaginal disorders and the contraceptive method of choice.
