Bilingual staff is accredited by the Department of Justice.

While this is a fee based program, CCC offers affordable rates and will waive fees for victims of violence and other at risk populations who do not have the means to pay.

Provides legal services to low-income Asian immigrants with limited English proficiency in the areas of immigration, primarily in the areas of naturalization, VAWA, U and T visas, and adjustment of status.
Provides legal services on a wide variety of immigration law matters including: family and employment-based petitions, naturalization, asylum, self-petitions for victims of domestic violence, green card applications, etc. No religious affiliation required.
Northern Virginia Family Service offers a range of immigration legal services in Falls Church, VA. Attorneys prepare applications for citizenship and permanent resident status, family petitions and consular processing, TPS, deferred action, work permits, and USCIS travel documents. We help to protect vulnerable refugees and victims of violence from further harm through asylum, VAWA, U and T visas and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status applications. Many of our legal clients also receive mental health and case management support to ensure that their basic needs are met. ***Northern Virginia Family Service is not currently accepting new clients into the Immigration Legal Services program and is not scheduling consultations at this time. ***
Provides legal counseling and assistance in completing a variety of immigration applications including family petitions, adjustment of status, counselor processing, NACARA and citizenship. Does not represent detained aliens and does not provide assistance with employment-based immigration cases.
