Northern Virginia Family Service offers a range of immigration legal services in Falls Church, VA. Attorneys prepare applications for citizenship and permanent resident status, family petitions and consular processing, TPS, deferred action, work permits, and USCIS travel documents. We help to protect vulnerable refugees and victims of violence from further harm through asylum, VAWA, U and T visas and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status applications.
