REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE PROGRAM Representative Payee Program provides financial management for people with disabilities who are not competent to manage their own funds. By paying bills and ensuring sufficient money to last throughout the month, we protect vulnerable people from being financially exploited and from becoming homeless. LEGAL CUSTODIAN PROGRAM FOR VETERANS The Legal Custodians program provides financial management for veterans with disabilities. The program permits The Up Center to become a veteran's custodian, allowing the agency to manage benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs if certain conditions are met. SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST The Up Center's Special Needs Trust program enables people with disabilities to receive the greatest possible benefit from financial settlements, financial gifts and other awards of money and assets without jeopardizing any public benefits and services to which they are entitled. People also use the Trust for money management and budgeting purposes.

A representative payee service for those receiving Social Security benefits who are not capable of being their own payee. Offers a budget help service for individuals in need of budget guidance with their income. Provides bill pay service for those needing help to pay their bills on time each month with their income.

Trained volunteers assist seniors who need help managing their personal finances by providing budgeting assistance based on clients choices and check writing. Money Management volunteers are bonded.

CESI provides Representative Payee services to for Social Security Administration beneficiaries who are unable to manage their SSI or SSDI benefits. The Representative Payee program provide monthly budgeting and bill payment for those who do not have a trusted friend or family member to take on this role CESI's Beneficiary Service Program offers: Secure automated 3rd party payment of all bills Licensed and Bonded Service Service in Partnership with Local Agencies Security Ongoing Counseling Monthly Reporting and Tracking Budgeting Assistance Detailed views of Income and Expenditures.
