The Representative Payee program provide monthly budgeting and bill payment for those who do not have a trusted friend or family member to take on this role CESI's Beneficiary Service Program offers: Secure automated 3rd party payment of all bills Licensed and Bonded Service Service in Partnership with Local Agencies Security Ongoing Counseling Monthly Reporting and Tracking Budgeting Assistance Detailed views of Income and Expenditures.
