DDC will provide vouchers to the Dungannon Thrift Store for those who have been plagued with the devastating tragedies of loss to their home due to Fire or Flooding. Habitat ReStores are independently owned reuse stores operated by local Habitat for Humanity organizations. ReStores accept donations and sell a constantly changing inventory of diverse, high-quality merchandise to the public at a fraction of the retail price, while diverting reusable household items and building materials from area landfills. Sales of donated items help Habitat for Humanity partner with local families to build, rehabilitate and repair safe and affordable homes in your community

ReStore sells new and lightly used building materials and household items. The items are donated by businesses and individuals. The proceeds from sales are used to build more Habitat for Humanity homes.

Noah's Ark Thrift Store sells quality used items at reasonable prices. The store has a mixture of clothing, household items, children toys, televisions, VHS tapes & CD's. We accept washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves and other household items as donations. A Tax Receipt is gladly given for donations. Newer furniture is donated by housing developers and builders who donate from their model homes after they are sold. Many community individuals use Noah's Ark Thrift Store to obtain business attire for job interviews, rugged clothing for outdoor labor jobs, prom dresses and toddler clothing. It provides everything you would need for your home.

The ALIVE! Furniture Program collects and delivers donated items once a week to Alexandria residents. ALIVE! member congregations and volunteers pick up and deliver donations of basic furniture to people's homes. Acceptable items include dressers, beds and mattress in good condition, dining room/kitchen tables and chairs. Referrals required.

The CARITAS Furniture Bank works in close partnership with over 80 local non-profit, for profit and social service agencies to provide basic household furnishings to clients coming out of homelessness or other types of crisis. These agencies qualify to be a referral partner and refer individuals and families in need of basic household items.

The ALIVE! Housewares Program collects and distributes donated items in good condition to people in their first home, transitioning from homelessness, or unable to afford basic household items. Items include gently used basic household items, such as bedding, towels, small rugs, appliances, cutlery and dishes, and pots and pans. Referrals required.
