Thrift Store - Roanoke, ReStore, Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley

The Habitat ReStore is open to the general public for shopping, donating and volunteering. The Habitat ReStore includes the following items for sale: building materials, lighting, flooring, windows, doors, cabinetry, electrical, paint, hardware, housewares and much more. All proceeds help support Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley to build safe, decent and affordable housing for qualifying families in need.

Offers the SafeLink Wireless service that will provide eligible low-income households a free cell phone, mobile access to emergency services and free 68 minutes of air time, monthly, for one year. SAFELINK WIRELESS® service is a U.S. government supported program for Income eligible households provided by TracFone Wireless, Inc. SafeLink Wireless offers low income families accessibility, freedom and the security in knowing that should an emergency occur wherever they are, they will stay safe and stay connected. The SafeLink Wireless service will be provided to low-income families for up to one year. Participants may renew service and will be required to re-submit eligibility documentation upon their year completion. Unused minutes will never expire and will automatically rollover. The CARITAS Furniture Bank works in close partnership with over 80 local non-profit, for profit and social service agencies to provide basic household furnishings to clients coming out of homelessness or other types of crisis. These agencies qualify to be a referral partner and refer individuals and families in need of basic household items.

Thrift Shop - Marshall, Noah’s Ark Thrift Store, Community Touch

Noah's Ark Thrift Store sells quality used items at reasonable prices. The store has a mixture of clothing, household items, children toys, televisions, VHS tapes & CD's. We accept washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves and other household items as donations. A Tax Receipt is gladly given for donations. Newer furniture is donated by housing developers and builders who donate from their model homes after they are sold. Many community individuals use Noah's Ark Thrift Store to obtain business attire for job interviews, rugged clothing for outdoor labor jobs, prom dresses and toddler clothing. It provides everything you would need for your home.
