GCAP offers emergency assistance to low-income Goochland residents for food, rent/mortgage payments, and utilities. GCAP is also able to support low-income residents with educational expenses for job training, after-school childcare, and summer camp. Goochland Community Action Program (GCAP) is administered through the Goochland Department of Social Services. Applications are accepted via mail, fax, or drop-off in person.
