Community-based outreach ministry is an interracial, inter-denominational and diverse service organization whose goal is to support Nelson County individuals and families in need. We help with rent/mortgage, electric/fuel, food, clothing, vision, hearing, dental, prescriptions, furniture/appliances, medical, etc.
