The Motor Vehicle Dealer Board will administer sections of the Commonwealth's Motor Vehicle Dealer Laws and Regulations as charged; promote the best interests of both the automotive consumer and dealer body; and process all motor vehicle related complaints promptly and professionally, while providing a high level of customer service.

The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) consists of three components; Fuel Assistance, Cooling Assistance and Emergency Crisis Assistance. The FA component is intended to provide supplemental assistance to offset the rising costs of heating expenses. The Emergency Crisis component is intended to provide assistance with heating equipment needs and emergency fuel outages. Fuel Assistance opens the second Tuesday in October. The last day for applying is the second Friday in November. Main Qualifications: Have a heating need, meet the income levels, include all persons living in the household, live in an eligible living arrangement and meet the citizenship requirements. Crisis Assistance is based on income. The program opens November 1st or the first working day in November. The component provides for replacement, purchase, or repair of a primary heating source. Primary Fuel: Opens the first working day in January. It is for those that did not receive fuel assistance. Requires cut off notice for electric and gas. Almost out of fuel oil, wood, coal or island purchased kerosene. Cooling Assistance: Is offered during the beginning in mid-June. Must meet eligibility requirements

The Victims Services Team in the Division of Programs and Services administers grants, coordinates training, provides technical assistance, implements statewide initiatives, develops best-practice resource materials, drafts and reviews policies, and supports victim-serving organizations throughout the Commonwealth. Victims Services staff also assist individuals and communities impacted by mass casualty events through victim assistance emergency response.

Adult Day Support at the Villa provides weekday care for adults over 21. We focus on helping participants build social, daily living, and pre-vocational skills through hands-on activities and community engagement.

Providing comprehensive mental health counseling and support services for individuals, couples, families, and children who have been affected by sexual assault and/or domestic violence. Provide support services, hospital accompaniment, short and long-term counseling, support groups and legal advocacy primarily for victims of rape and personal violence. The program is an active participant in coordination of Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART's) in each of the following localities: Chesapeake, Franklin, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach, as well as a military SART.
