Peer Support Specialists provide services to eligible candidates who are at risk of decompensation because of difficulty understanding stressors and difficulty increasing supports. Provides a comprehensive array of mental health services for military members. The clinic is an interdisciplinary service offering a range of treatment options designed to alleviate impairment in coping skills, psychological symptoms, social or interpersonal dysfunctions, work or school performance, substance abuse, and lethality. If a given service is offered by another agency (e.g., Family Services, etc.), our outpatient clinic will liaison with that agency in order to facilitate appropriate referrals and eliminate redundancies.

Dominion Outpatient Services provides the following mental health services: outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychological testing services, and substance abuse services through intensive outpatient services.

Person-centered Options Counseling is an interactive decision support process where people are supported in making long-term support choices that reflect their unique preferences, strenghts, needs, values, and circumstances. Options Counseling is provided by individuals trained and practicing according to Virginia's Statewide Standards.

A group of business women who meet regularly to network with fellow business women and support our community by providing local scholarships. Awards 3 scholarships per year to high school students, young mothers attending Germanna Community College and women over age 25 for further education. Application is announced in the local newspaper and is available in early April. Submission is due by June. Also raises money for Services for Abused Families.

The American Red Cross ensures that businesses and individuals have the training, knowledge and tools they need to take action before, during and after a disaster or emergency. We prepare the workplace though our First Aid/CPR trainings, AED sales and our Ready Rating programs. Programs for individuals include: First Aid/CPR classes, Aquatics programs and Red Cross mobile applications. Additionally, our Nurse Assistant Training (NAT) program provides participants with the knowledge and practice needed to become Certified Nurse Assistants. Parent Resource Center goal is to help parents gain knowledge and become comfortable with the special education process. PRC provides information, support, and training for parents, students, teachers, staff, and community members.

Purpose: Provides assistance to infants and toddlers (birth through 3 years) with special needs and their families. The children may have one or more of these conditions: a slow rate of development in language or motor skills, hearing or visual problems, and or a physical handicap.
