The Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) program aims to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections through education, outreach and clinical services. The Energy Assistance Program consists of three components: Fuel Assistance assists low-income eligible households by supplementing home energy costs. Applications are accepted the second Tuesday in October through the second Friday in November. Crisis Assistance assists low-income households with energy related emergencies. Applications are accepted November 1st through March 15th. All crisis assistance is based on availability of funds. Cooling Assistance assists households in acquiring or repairing cooling equipment and /or payment of electric bills to operate cooling equipment. Provides trained and screened volunteers matched to persons with visual impairments requesting assistance with reading, shopping, recording material onto tape at mutually agreeable hours. Adult volunteers are required to complete a volunteer application with reference checks and participate in an orientation session. Other volunteer opportunities include Camp Lighthouse counselors, special events and office assistance.

EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.
