The Span Center, formerly known as Senior Connections, offers Information and Assistance Program receives requests from older adults and caregivers seeking assistance. Intake Staff responds to these requests by providing information and assistance or making referrals to other Senior Connections programs or community resources.

The I&R Service, is a resource for information on the many human services available in the community. I&R is free and confidential and does not provide direct service, but rather informs the caller as to what is available.

The Community Resource Center also provides utility assistance to those facing electric, gas, or water disconnections.

Provides emergency communications, access to emergency financial assistance, information and referral, veteran's assistance and aid in the field where Red Cross workers are deployed to serve with America's military for both active duty and community-based military. Services are available to all members of the armed forces, and to their families.

CAN consists of frontline direct-service organizations, providing critical programs and services. Resource navigation and referral services to residents facing poverty-related crises (including assistance for rent, food, clothing, utility bills, transportation, furniture, and medical needs).
