A wide variety of opportunities, in both community and center based settings, for peer interactions, enhancement of social networks, and to build natural supports will lead to greater independence. Individuals enrolled in Discovery Services may participate in Group Day Support, Community Engagement, or Community Coaching services. Programing is offered at the Roanoke Jobs Campus, Radford Jobs Campus, and Rocky Mount Jobs Campus. Individuals living in Goodwill's 31 counties and 13 cities service area are eligible for services, however are responsible for their own transportation.

Services offered may include home based care, transportation, adult day services, adult foster care, nutrition services and legal intervention in order to protect the adult. Services may also be arranged for individuals in emergency situations who lack the capacity to consent to services.
