FCCR Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, Virginia, helps men and women struggling with opioid use disorders at an intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) center. The Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) is the outpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation treatment facility designed for assessments, short-term and long-term treatment to include individual, group counseling, for patients with an addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Master's level licensed professional counselors who are also certified in addiction counseling perform the assessments.

The Master Center is a physician-led addiction treatment program. Offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to every individual. The goal is to make addiction treatment accessible, understandable, and affordable.

Region Ten provides a wide array of substance use treatment that includes a comprehensive continuum of care to meet individual preferences and needs, as well as recommended levels of care. This continuum includes outpatient therapy (group and individual), case management, care coordination, intensive outpatient program, co-occurring treatment, peer support, and residential levels of care. These services are provided throughout Region Ten's sites and locations.
