Provided at schools or alternate locations utilizing a 5 hour model including therapeutic, educational, recreational, and social activities in the form of groups and individual work. Collateral services to include case management, family education, training and support, crisis intervention and counseling. This service is appropriate for youth who meet criteria for a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED), or at-risk of developing SED. Emphasis is placed on involving parents in the treatment process and working within the multidisciplinary team, with the goal of maintaining the youth in the school, home, and community environments.

Outpatient addiction medicine clinic provides evidence-based treatment for addiction to alcohol, opioids like fentanyl, heroin, and oxycodone, and stimulants like methamphetamine and cocaine. incorporates medication-assisted treatment (MAT), along with individual counseling, group therapy, social service support, recovery support, peer support services and work on co-occurring disorders. Treatment clinic doesn't provide methadone, patients may be referred to methadone treatment or inpatient facilities if needed.

Connections ABA & Family Support Services Provides home-based and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents under the age of 21 who demonstrate significant impairment in adaptive functioning that is related to either developmental delays or other health conditions.

Focus on assessment and intervention to address risk and protective factors within and outside of the family that impact the adolescent and his or her adaptive development. FFT consists of five major components: engagement, motivation, relational assessment, behavior change and generalization. FFT works primarily with 11- to 18-year-old youth who have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems by the juvenile justice, mental health, school or child welfare systems.

Special programs for adults, adolescents, and children, and treatment is always provided in a confidential and comforting environment. RESPOND assessments are also available through Montgomery Regional Hospital in Blacksburg and Pulaski Community Hospital.

Service Coordination provides case management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and can explain the benefits and resources available through Mental Health Support Services or community partners, including housing, employment, day services, behavioral support, assistive technology and other supports and how to access them.
