Part C Early Intervention provides a full range of services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Services aim to provide formal and informal support to meet the outcomes identified by families for their children. Provide outreach, coordinate services, and make referrals in the community as needed.

Outpatient services are provided in each of the offices by clinical social workers, and counselors. SA/MH Outpatient Outpatient services consist of individual, group, and family counseling depending on the individuals need. Services will be offered at minimum an hour each week and treatment will cover topics such as coping skills, mental health wellness, anger management, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and other concerns persons with substance abuse and/or mental health issues may face.

Intensive In-Home is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. This service includes up to 10 hours a week of intensive individual and family therapy, supportive counseling, 24/7 crisis management and case management.
