Inova's Comprehensive Addiction Treatment Services (CATS) program provides a variety of structured programs to support people who are recovering from substance use disorders.

A private agency licensed by the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services to provide: Periodic and Supported Living Services are provided to individuals who are living in a home with a caretaker, family member or loved one and requires additional assistance to have needs met. Services can include assistance with daily living activities, participating in community activities, financial assistance and more.

Provides guidance for individuals with serious mental illness who are in recovery. Services teach individuals to manage symptoms, recognize early warning signs, and anticipate stressors. Services provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and access to needed resources while helping to prevent hospitalization, and teaching individuals how to maintain a natural support system.

Connections ABA & Family Support Services Provides home-based and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents under the age of 21 who demonstrate significant impairment in adaptive functioning that is related to either developmental delays or other health conditions.

Children and adolescents who are admitted to the Center are in crisis in their current environment. A child must be prescreened and determined to be in danger by a prescreener from the home community service board (CSB). Typical circumstances requiring psychiatric treatment include: Threatened or attempted suicide Aggressive/assaultive behavior Need for evaluation & medication management The Center provides a modern, safe environment with four 12-bed living units and adequate education and recreational space on a single-story floor plan.

The Comprehensive Recovery Team (CRT) provides comprehensive, clinical case management and recovery coaching services to assist individuals with mental illness and their family members access needed services that are responsive to the person's individual needs and preferences.

Helps young clients and their families to access available resources. Case managers provide assessments, long-term treatment planning, coordination of services, client advocacy, support outreach, and crisis prevention. Limited client transportation is available.

Intensive in-home program provide between 3 and 10 hours per week of time-limited services.

Individuals seeking mental health and/or substance use services may walk into the Manassas or Woodbridge clinic and obtain a mental health and substance use assessment the same day. No appointment is required. Assessment services are provided on a first come, first served basis.
