The Loudoun County MHSADS Sterling Clinic provides outpatient behavioral health services for Loudoun County residents and families who are experiencing behavioral health issues. Services include medical services, mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment and case management.

Mental Health Skill-building is available for individuals ages 18 and older with severe mental illness. Some of the areas this service assists with include symptom management, medication management, 24/7 crisis management, activities of daily living, independent living skills, health and safety, interpersonal skills, and appointment compliance.

Adult and Family Services; Child and Family Services provides psychotherapy (individual and group), psychiatric evaluations, aftercare (supportive counseling), education services, consultation and education, case management services, and emergency services which include.
