How to utilize emergency services to include: food, rent, and financial assistance
Contact information for transportation services, physicians, dentist, psychologist, counseling, food pantries, as well as medical doctors and case workers. We will assist in helping the individuals we serve locate these resources and collaborate with these professionals as needed (if the client gives permission in writing).
Training in:
Functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the individual's health and safety
Activities of daily living
Assistance with medication management
Monitoring health
Nutrition and physical condition
