Dominion Outpatient Services provides the following mental health services: outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychological testing services, and substance abuse services through intensive outpatient services.

Day Support Services provides individualized skill building through self, social and environmental awareness, positive behavior supports, accessing community resources, volunteering and connecting with others in the community, engaging in career planning, developing skills required to move toward paid employment in the community, and assuring the client's safety.

Also offered at this site are Child abuse Prevention, a parent education group offered at no charge for parents; Family Links, a short-term respite program for families with children 2 to 15 years old and have severe emotional disturbances in the Tri-Cities area. The program is 8 to 12 weeks for 2 to 4 hours one time per week; Greenwood Challenge, a ropes course carefully planned as an outdoor learning environment where mental and physical problem-solving activities are included. Offers simple to complex elements, develops courage, vision, team spirit, and leadership skills; Mother-Child Connection, an outpatient program for substance-abusing women who are pregnant or mothers of dependent children; Regional Intervention Program, a parent-implemented program that helps parents work with their own children; and Student Assistance Program, clinical services for at-risk students.

In-Home Services, Home-based family-focused services are provided for children from birth to 17 with emotional difficulties, returning from placement, or who are at risk of out-of-home placement or other services. FOOTHOLDS works one on one with children and their families to build a healthy family environment. The program helps identify obstacles, increase communication skills, structure positive home, social skills development; provides support, guidance and links to resources; and educates caregivers. A social rehabilitation center based on the clubhouse model where adults with mental health or emotional disabilities gain employment skills in food service, clerical duties, housekeeping and maintenance. Social activities are available.

Disability accessible facility supports adults who have a primary diagnosis of intellectual disabilities or developmental disability. Activities take place primarily in the facility (center-based), with community activities occurring multiple times a week. Licensed by the VDBHDS to provide Therapeutic Day Treatment to children and adolescents in the public-school setting. The focus of the program includes therapeutic interventions paired with education and mental health treatment. Students in the program receive services to include: group and individual counseling, psycho-educational groups, social skills guidance, medication education, and skill-building instruction.

Employment and Day Support Services provides support to Loudoun residents with intellectual disabilities or serious mental illness. TDT is a service designed to engage, and treat the highest risk population in today's public schools. TMC counselors are assigned a caseload of 3-5 clients per counselor to maintain individualized behavioral, affective, and general treatment goals.

Provides school based intervention services to elementary, middle, and high school students focusing on behavior management, academic improvement, and life skill development. Services provided may include individual and/or group counseling, crisis intervention, behavior modification, and classroom coaching.
