Intensive In-Home Services is a home-based mental health service that is specially designed for adolescents between the ages of 5 and 20 years old. This service is designed to meet each child and family's unique and personal need. We create individualized service plans to address psychological and behavioral issues that occur within the home and community. Each counselor will meet with the client weekly and offer crisis management, counseling, family therapy, and skills training.

Counselor works in the home with client and care giver/families to prevent home removal. common referral causes; truancy/academic performances, disruptive/oppositional behavior, abuse, neglect, depression, child bearing transitioned into or out of the home for brief period, child under probation, poverty, autism, pregnancy/teen parent, suicidal/homicidal certifications in other areas.

Offers home-based therapy services to at-risk children and their families. These services include individual, couples, and family therapy; thorough assessments; advocacy; case management; and crisis intervention services. Home-based therapy services specialize in resolving issues of abuse, delinquency, school problems, oppositional/defiant behavior, emotional problems, and addictions.

Provides in-home and community-based support services to individuals with mental illnesses by providing health and medication management and basic living skills instruction. Program objectives include increasing socialization and natural supports and identifying productive day activities. Individualized, person-centered service plans document individual goals. Counselors work with each individiual to reach their goals.

Intensive In-Home Services provide support, guidance, and skills training for children who are at risk of being removed from their home due to serious behavioral issues. The Villa works with families to find fresh approaches to breaking the cycle of destructive behaviors. Services provided include: • Crisis intervention and diagnostic assessments • Collaboration with parents/guardians to create an effective, positive behavioral management system • Caregiver training and support • Individual and family counseling • Care coordination with schools and community resources to create a stable environment • Individualized approaches that focus on the unique needs of the child and family • A 24-hour emergency response system, including weekends • Comprehensive discharge planning • Referrals for additional services as needed

Office of Prevention develops, promotes, and delivers nationally recognized, evidence-based programs and services through a sustained comprehensive approach that incorporates home, family, school, and community environments. Prevention services and activities provide educational, practical, and meaningful experiences for youth, families, individuals, and organizations in order to enhance and improve positive life and social skills and to develop appropriate peer and community support systems.

Intensive in-home program focuses on children and adolescents between the ages of 5 to 18, who are at risk of out home placement due to behavioral, mental health or substance abuse problems, in addition to children who are transitioning from an out of home placement. Services are geared to address issues including but not limited to; poor problem solving skills, and poor interpersonal relationship building skills.

Intensive In-Home is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. MCC's Applied Behavior Analysis program offers both home-based and out patient treatment options to a varied population. Services are provided to clients who experience developmental delays and whose behavior, if left untreated, would increase in severity and may lead to a more restrictive treatment environment.
