The Loudoun County MHSADS Leesburg Clinic provides outpatient behavioral health services for Loudoun County citizens and families who are experiencing mental health issues. Services include medical services, mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment and case management.

Child and Adolescent Services Team (CAST) help young people with mental health and substance use issues. Services include family and individual therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and coordination of other specialized services. CAST is flexible in addressing individual needs and provides services in the home, in the community at Chesterfield Mental Health Support Services. Intensive In-Home (IIH) is a home-based, highly supportive and comprehensive program that provides stability for children, adolescents, and their family who are experiencing a mental health crisis. By design, IIH services are more intensive than traditional mental health services as they focus on the stabilization of the child across multiple settings with the goal of decreasing future hospitalizations or other high-level out of home placements. Mental Health Skill-building Services (MHSS) is an intensive, home-based service that is designed to assist the client in obtaining independence or stability within the community. MHSS is available for adults who have long-term mental health needs, cognitive deficiencies or dual diagnoses. Connections provides home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents under the age of 21, who demonstrate significant impairment in adaptive functioning that is related to either developmental delays or other health conditions. Connections is not a diagnosis-specific program and children with other disorders who exhibit communication and social skills deficits in combination with maladaptive behaviors may qualify for services. Outpatient Counseling: Compass offers individual, family, and couples therapy, matching our treatment approach with our clients' specific needs. Compass specializes in a variety of mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and behavioral challenges.

The Crisis Intervention Center (CIC) provides behavioral healthcare services in a community-based setting to individuals of all ages experiencing a psychiatric crisis. The primary goal of the CIC is to offer comprehensive crisis stabilization services in an outpatient setting. The center is open 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

Community Stabilization offers short-term, intensive mental health support for individuals experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis that puts them at risk of hospitalization. We aim to quickly stabilize mental health needs while keeping individuals within their community and close to their support networks.

Crisis Intervention Crisis services offered to children and adolescents who are at risk of entering the hospital or have marked reduction in their psychiatric, adaptive, or behavioral functioning, or an extreme increase in personal distress.
