Provides direct outpatient counseling to children who have been victims of abuse as well as to their non-offending family members. Our counselors help children to cope with the trauma of abuse and/or family violence. Families learn to strengthen safety measures to prevent the re-occurrence of trauma. In addition, Youth Counseling Program provides community education and training on issues of child physical and sexual abuse as needed. Children may be referred to the program by social services agencies, police, courts, and concerned individuals, including family members. All services are provided free of charge.
