TOP (Teamwork ~ Options ~ Pathways to Success) is an interest and needs based prevention program designed to connect youth and their families with services that can refocus youth in the right direction by building on their strengths and providing them with a positive support system.

Pastoral counseling

Provides marriage and family counseling with Christian perspective - including children, adolescents, adults, individuals and couples.

The Anger Management Program is designed to help children learn positive, non-violent responses to conflict and frustration. There is also a parental component that focuses on discipline techniques, exploring ways to reinforce nonviolent behavior, building self-esteem in children, understanding the influence of the media, and the role of the family and friends.

Counseling Alliance of Virginia provide families with comprehensive therapeutic services. Provide individuals, couples and family counseling, therapeutic activities, psychological testing and case management.

Trauma Recovery Center offering a variety of support groups for adults healing from any emotional trauma. Groups are focused on building resilience skills and forming supportive connections. Groups are cost free, though donations are appreciated. Groups are offered online and in person.

Operates the following programs: Youth Haven Assessment and Brief Intervention Center, Outreach Detention and Electronic Monitoring, Runaway and Homeless Youth Program and Parent Education. Youth Haven Assessment and Brief Intervention Center Male and female clients ages 12 through 17 can receive individualized nonresidential services based on a screening for strengths and areas for improvement. Brief interventions include, but are not limited to: screenings, individual and family counseling, surveillance, anger management, and life skills services. A weekly support and educational group is available to the parents of adolescents. A Teen Parent Education group is offered in partnership with Children's Trust to provide basic parenting skills and support to adolescent parents and pregnant teenagers. Outreach Detention/Electronic Monitoring Male and female clients who have been court ordered pre-dispositionally will receive intensive supervision including, but not limited to: daily supervision, counseling, crisis intervention, electronic monitoring supervision and family involvement. Provides guidance for individuals with serious mental illness who are in recovery. Services teach individuals to manage symptoms, recognize early warning signs, and anticipate stressors. Services provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and access to needed resources while helping to prevent hospitalization, and teaching individuals how to maintain a natural support system.

The purpose of LIFT is to provide apartment-based Independent Living and Support Services to help foster care youth, ages 17-21, transition from residential care to independent living. Youth receive housing, vocational and educational services, life skills training, therapeutic services (counseling, therapy and/or substance abuse education), and the development of a network of support services in the community. LIFT is licensed for 25-beds for males & females transitioning from the foster care system to independent living in the community.

Chapel Services are provided to all residents as well as the public nightly beginning at 7:30PM.
