Region Ten's Adult Developmental Services Center offers a wide range of person-centered services designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living a safe, healthy, and productive life as independently as possible. Offers Warm Hearth at Home, a senior care management services program. Assists older adults to live as independently and as safely as possible through the coordination of needed services. Provides the additional support necessary to assist clients to maintain their current living arrangement or can help to prepare clients to navigate the transition to a higher level of care when needed. These services include in home care and rehabilitative services, companion services, housekeeping, meal preparation and delivery, maintenance and lawn services, transportation and much more.

MVLE Support Services provides therapeutic activities both on-site and in the community for individuals served. The goal of this program is to provide community inclusion, community education, and a path toward greater independence. Services are offered at all three of MVLE's Community Centers located in Springfield and Chantilly, VA.

Case managers assist children and their families in finding medical, psychiatric, social, educational, and other services which are needed for the child to thrive in the community. This would include help with referrals to other services, transportation to appointments, and assistance in working with school staff, physicians, and other agencies. Case managers work with children with serious emotional disturbances. They help families access outpatient treatment, intensive in-home treatment, and ongoing psychiatric treatment and medication. Case managers also assist children with mental retardation to gain access to the Mental Retardation Waiver, which can provide personal assistance, respite, assistive technology and other services. Case managers also work with a child's IEP team in the schools.

Work with individuals and caregivers to develop person-centered plans to meet the individual's needs so she/he can age in place in their community of choice. Some of the supports and services offered may include home-delivered meals, transportation to medical appointments, referral for in-home personal or homemaker care, wellness classes, or other community-based services.
