Aaya Home Healthcare provides in-home personal care, respite care, companion care, and senior care services throughout Northern Virginia. Caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, safety supervision, and other activities of daily living.

Offers 8 beds of short-term inpatient care in a comfortable setting for persons with end-stage illness. Patients may be admitted to the hospice house for acute management of symptoms, for the final days of life or for respite care. Respite is a level of care that provides relief for the weary caregiver.

Offers classes for families of people with Alzheimer's and other memory or cognitive impairments. Classes include single sessions on helpful topics for caregivers, such as Dementia 101, Communication and Behaviors, and Activities at Home. Multi-session classes and workshops are also offered to provide more in-depth training and hands-on participation. We also partner with community experts who cover legal and financial issues, day-to-day caregiving, medical issues, and community resource options. Sessions are open to public.

Camp Baker offers a day summer camp, weekend and emergency respite, for children and adults with developmental disabilities. The camp is located on a 22-acre wooded site in Chesterfield County, VA. Year-round and seasonal recreation and training activities include swimming, music, hiking, arts and crafts, community outings, horseback riding, and canoeing.

Services include acute, sub-acute and intermediate rehabilitation programs for the orthopedic, cardiovascular and neurological patient. Provides intermediate care in a traditional nursing facility setting, respite care, Alzheimer's care, and hospice care. Offer our patients individualized pharmacy services, vitalstim therapy, in-house rehabilitation, and skilled nursing.

Available for caregivers who provide 24 hour care to persons age 60 and older OR persons who have Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders. Respite care may be provided in the home or in a community through Adult Day Services. Hours of care are based on level of need and Agency on Aging funding.

Sometimes, your loved one needs a change of routine, or his or her caretaker needs a break.
