Healthsource can provide speaker resources on many health topics for meetings, groups and organizations. The classes are offered at the Wellness Pavilion, RMH Atrium and other locations.

An effective self-management education program for people with chronic health problems. CDSMP workshops meet 2 hours per week for 6 weeks. Workshops are facilitated by two trained leaders. CDSMP deals with problems associated with chronic disease, appropriate exercise, proper use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals, nutrition, and, how to evaluate new treatments.

The Center currently offers 100 programs and special events including fitness, travel, and life-long learning activities, plus socialization and volunteer opportunities.
