Areas Served: Counties of Isle of Wight & Southampton; Cities of Suffolk & Franklin. Provides Early Intervention services for families, infants, and toddlers (birth to age three) who have been diagnosed as developmentally delayed or are suspected to be such.

Provides a variety of programs and comprehensive support to those with intellectual disabilities. Provides comprehensive interdisciplinary assessments for children and adolescents who are suspected of having developmental delays and/or disabilities.

Areas Served: Counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, Warren, City of Winchester. The Infant and Toddler Connection of Shenandoah Valley provides early intervention developmental services to children birth to three who have a diagnosed disabling condition, atypical behavior, or a 25% delay in development.

EPIC supports infants and toddlers, ages birth up to 3, with disabilities and/or developmental delays who live in Hampton or Newport News. A family-centered program that provides information and support to families of infants and toddlers between the ages of 0-3 with developmental delays. Free developmental screenings are provided for any child living in Hampton and Newport News under the age of 3. Staff help develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), which includes the family's needs, preferences, and concerns regarding their child and their family. Each child/family is assigned to a Service Coordinator at the time of the referral/intake. The support coordinators then set up the tailored therapy sessions with the families to ensure the child reaches their full potential.

Areas Served: Williamsburg, Poquoson Cities, James City, York Counties. Provides intervention services for families, infants and toddlers (birth through age three) who have been diagnosed as developmentally delayed, disabled, or at risk for delay.

Provides care to children diagnosed with cerebral palsy of all complexities.

Provides early intervention services for families who have infant and toddlers (birth to age three) who have developmental delays, atypical development, or a diagnosed disabling condition in accordance with Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

To design and implement an interagency, community based, family-centered system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers w/disabilities, ages birth to three years old, and their families. Typical services include: physical, occupational, and speech therapies, family training and counseling, and special instruction services.

Specialty clinics available upon referral for children needing evaluation and follow up in the following areas: orthopedics, hearing impairment, eye imbalance, neurology, cardiology, diabetes, urology, pediatric surgery, hemophilia, cystic fibrosis. A sliding scale fee is applied, based on income.

Part C Early Intervention provides a full range of services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Services aim to provide formal and informal support to meet the outcomes identified by families for their children. Provide outreach, coordinate services, and make referrals in the community as needed.

Areas Served: Counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, Radford City. Provides early intervention services for eligible children age birth-3years with developmental delays and/or disabilities. Services may include special instruction, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and service coordination.

Areas Served: Danville, Pittsylvania County. Early intervention supports and services focus on increasing the child's participation in family and community activities that are important to the family. In addition, supports and services focus on helping parents and other caregivers know how to find ways to help the child learn during everyday activities. These supports and services are available for all eligible children and their families regardless of the family's ability to pay.

Areas Served: Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Campbell Counties and Cities of Bedford and Lynchburg. Plans, develops, and implements services for Virginia Beach residents with intellectual disabilities and their families through the provision of consumer centered services designed to provide opportunities to individuals who have intellectual disabilities to become self-directing and contributing members of our community; support families living with family member with intellectual disabilities; provide early intervention when developmental delays are identified in young children; and, promote the value of persons with intellectual disabilities living and working in the community.

Region Ten provides a variety of mental health services to meet the needs of our community. Services are provided for all age groups and are provided on an individual, group, or family basis. Services are also available at numerous locations across our catchment area to those experiencing mental health challenges and who may also have issues with substance use. Mental Health Services are strength-based, recovery-oriented services designed to evaluate and treat the mental health challenges that individuals may experience during their lifetime.

The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond provides information on child development, services for children with special needs or developmental delays, and community resources for infants and toddlers and their families. The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond also provides temporary service coordination, home visits, and developmental screenings of Richmond City infants and toddlers who are birth to 3 years old and may have special needs. The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond coordinates early intervention services within the community according to an individual child and family's needs.

This program provides evaluation and intervention services for families, infants, and toddlers birth through age three who have been diagnosed or are suspected of having a developmental delay.
