Offers a full continuum of care for retired persons from independent, residential living in apartments and patio homes to assisted living and nursing care.

Provides community-based case management for individuals affected by brain injury. Case management includes identifying needs and developing a plan of action to meet those needs. Help individuals and their caregivers find their way through the rehabilitation process which can last for years following an injury. After determining what an individual needs and would like to accomplish, we identify and coordinate services to help them reach their goals. Monitor progress toward those goals and build partnerships and teams to create a lasting network for continued support. Primary function is to help individuals affected by brain injury return to their lives - to their homes, careers, school and communities - to the greatest extent possible.

Offers 24-hour nursing care and around the clock admissions for skilled or intermediate levels of care, for individuals needing short-term rehabilitation or respite care, or those needing long-term care. The 111-bed unit provides inpatient rehabilitation and recovery care for those unable to receive rehab at home, who may or may not have a condition severe enough to enter long-term care. The medical staff see patients 18 and older with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and stroke. Provides personalized care plans to meet the needs of each resident in the retirement community. A team of professionals including nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplain, and the dining services and activities staff members reviews every plan regularly. Our long-term care program provides regular activities, selective menus with specialized diets, resident beauty salon, barber services, medication management and an on-campus chapel and chaplain. Vestibular rehabilitation consists of customized activities and exercises to promote adaptation or compensation to a change, deficit, or loss in the vestibular system. Canalith repositioning, or the Epley Maneuver, is also indicated in specific cases.
