Services include: registration for the Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center; access to residential treatment programs; request for copy of DD-214 and other military records; assistance with discharge upgrades; information regarding VA compensation and pension information and community resource referrals.

The Charlottesville Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) provides Primary Care, Mental Health and some specialty care services to Veterans in the Charlottesville area. The Charlottesville CBOC is part of the Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC network.

Medications as prescribed by the provider at the clinic, and processed through the mail. Preventive health screenings. Mental Health services are available and include individual, group, and family counseling, and programs such as tobacco cessation, substance abuse, depression, pain management, and a women's trauma group.
