The NNMFHC Medical Clinic is open to those with incomes of 400% or less of the federal poverty level who are uninsured, under-insured, or on Medicaid. Visits are free. The NNMFHC also includes a Denal, Clinic with sliding scale fee, a Pharmacy, and a Behavioral Health Department.

Medications are dispensed to CrossOver patients as well as patients at Health Brigade, the Free Clinic of Powhatan, Bon Secours Care-A-Van, and GoochlandCares. Medications are couriered from CrossOver to other clinics by the Bon Secours Health System lab couriers.

Bradley Free Clinic's pharmacy services provide prescription medications for Bradley Free Clinic patients, patients who are seen by outside physicians, patients who are seen in Emergency Rooms of LewisGale Hospital and Carilion Clinic facilities, and patients recently discharged from the hospital. The pharmacy has access to all manufacturer's prescription assistance programs. The pharmacy also purchases a large number of generic medications and provides them free of charge to eligible patients. The pharmacy does not provide any controlled substances (i.e., narcotics).
