Provides basic health services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in Southwest Virginia. Offers many services on a sliding scale to migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: primary care medical services, health education, outreach, health assessments, referrals, and case management. The MHN outreach workers identify health problems and assist farmworkers to obtain health care at one of our clinical partners centers.

The Dental Center at Blue Ridge Medical Center offers dental care to everyone - Accept more than 200 different insurances, including Medicaid and Tricare. The City of Manassas Park, George Mason University, The Prince William Health District and Manassas Park City Schools have partnered to offer Free Community Health Clinics every Tuesday from 7:30am-3pm. Community Health Workers will be onsite every Tuesday to assist clients with completing forms, translation, and help the MAP Clinic staff in providing information and referrals, upon request. Services are for people without any health insurance. Provides primary health care needs to children and families. The center participates in all major health insurance programs including Medicare, Virginia Medicaid and private insurance plans. For patients without other health insurance, HCHC offers a sliding scale option based on household income. Persons seeking sliding scale assistance should bring proof of household income to their clinic encounter.

Middleburg FISH provides temporary financial assistance to help with rent, utilities, and medicine. The service area is western Loudoun County, west of Route 15, not including Leesburg and northern Fauquier county.

Offers financial and material assistance for individuals who are homeless or in financial need. Freemason Street Baptist has partnered with other Ghent area churches to provide clothing, limited financial assistance for disconnection for utilities, prescription medication and/or coats to those who need them. In the case of medications, GAM is unable to fill any narcotics or psychotropics. Limited funds available for utility assistance GAM will provide the last $50 of the total bill.

Hayes E. Willis Health Center serves residents of South Richmond communities, providing families with a low-cost alternative to the Bainbridge Clinic or the MCV Hospitals emergency room. It offers families health care for children, adolescents, adults and seniors.

The VCU Health System provides financial assistance to patients based on their income, assets, and needs. In addition, we may be able to help you get free or low-cost health insurance or work with you to arrange a manageable payment plan.

Emergency financial assistance with rent, utilities, medical need expenses by referral. The program disburses up to $750 once in a six-month period to clients for rent, utilities, and medical expenses. Payments are made out directly to the payee, not the requesting individual. Referrals are required.

A medication assistance program to obtain prescription medications at no or low cost to eligible patients, directly from the manufacturer, based upon manufacturer eligibility guidelines. Due to the time frame required to process applications (by the manufacturers), this program is most suitable for medications taken chronically and not for medication needed immediately, such as antibiotics. No controlled substances (schedules II, III and IV) are requested by health department programs even though such pharmaceutical programs may exist.

The Fralin Free Clinic is a safety net healthcare provider that provide comprehensive care as a transitional medical home. Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) connects Fairfax County residents to county- and community-based services and resources that can assist county residents with a variety of needs and provide information and referral. Provides general information on county programs and/or community-based resources to fulfill more pressing needs such as emergency food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, employment or financial assistance and other essential needs.
