Health screenings available include: Blood Pressure; Body Composition Analysis/BMI/Height/Weight; Cardiovascular Risk Assessment (for cholesterol), Diabetes/Blood Sugar; Pulmonary Function Testing; Respiratory Fitness Testing; Employee Physicals; Osteoporosis/Bone Density; Hemoccult Testing; Assessment for Skin Cancer; Prostate Cancer/PSA; PAP Smear/Breast Exam; STD testing and treatment; and Adult Immunizations. Health education programs are also available and arranged to meet specific needs identified during the screening process.

Provides a wide range of services to assist the elderly and their families to improve or maintain the senior citizen's quality of life. Nurses provide health education, blood pressure screenings, and serve as advocates for the elderly. The nurses also provide pre-admission nursing home screenings for nursing home placement, respite, adult day care and personal care services for clients who are Medicaid eligible. Flu and pneumonia clinics are held annually in sites throughout the city and are provided to all citizens at a nominal fee.
