Well Child physicals, School Physicals including Pre-school physicals and Sports Physicals are available by appointment.
Provides ambulatory and minor emergency care. Physician on call 24 hours for established patients. Through the group practice concept, even though the patients personal physician may not be available, his partners in the group will have access to his records, ensuring optimum direction and provision of care. Clients who wish an individual physician referral are referred to the Norfolk Academy of Medicine or to the Medical Society for the city in which they live. Also provides nutrition services and home health consultation as needed.
Provides short-term specialized treatment, rehabilitation, and other forms of assistance to help people with acquired brain injury move forward in their rehabilitation and live more independently in home and community settings of their choice. Provides basic health services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in Southwest Virginia. Offers many services on a sliding scale to migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: primary care medical services, health education, outreach, health assessments, referrals, and case management. The MHN outreach workers identify health problems and assist farmworkers to obtain health care at one of our clinical partners centers.

The Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP) is a community partnership dedicated to providing medical and dental services to children of Fairfax County who otherwise are ineligible to receive healthcare offered through Medicaid or other private and public sources.
School entry physicals for indigent clients are available throughout the year.
The center provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to the specific needs of the community, including food, clothing, addiction recovery support, computer training, educational programs, health clinics, job training/placement, legal aid, ESL classes, life skills, and parenting classes.
