The Center includes: transfer station for municipal solid waste and small loads of construction and demolition debris material, vegetative waste mulching operation, household hazardous waste collection, collection centers for white goods, pallets, and tires, and an Encore Shop for collection and sale of reusable items. The Convenience Center (located before the scale house) allows for easy drop offs of recyclables, certain household hazardous waste and tagged bags or receptacles containing trash. The Convenience Center serves the needs of area residents.
