The REACH Program provides special education services for children ages two through four with developmental delays or disabilities. To qualify, preschoolers must have a developmental delay of 25% or more in an area of child development. To refer a child to REACH, call 540-853-1900. Our preschool programs are offered free of charge to eligible children. Classrooms are staffed by certified teachers and by instructional assistants. Bus transportation is provided.
