MCCS Quantico's CDCs are accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). All classrooms accommodate children according to their developmental age and any special needs. Two meals and one snack are provided daily.

ELC provides an enriching environment, with special emphasis on social-emotional development along with an evidence-based curriculum to ensure that children are prepared to learn when they enter Kindergarten.

Preschool program runs concurrent with the Augusta County school calendar and is a full day program, 5 days a week except for one Friday of each month. Assessments for math and literacy are completed three times throughout the year to track students' progress and ensure preparedness for kindergarten. Designed to meet the needs of all children's developmental areas: physical, social, creative, emotional, and cognitive. A daily schedule includes a balance between indoor and outdoor activities, quiet and active times, gross and fine motor activities and large and small group times. Children are introduced to nature, social studies, math and pre-reading on their developmentally appropriate level.

Offers services to the families of children from newborn to 12 years of age. Services include Day Care and Before/After Care. A Virginia Star-Quality Rated Childcare Center.

Half-day programs are offered for children ages 2-5. Based on the Creative Curriculum, these programs address social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language development, embracing hands-on learning through play. The Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia provides health and wellness and varied programming based on Jewish values, for families and children. The Pozez JCC's J-Care program provides preschool and childcare for infants-4 years old.

Partial preschool tuition scholarships are available. The Helen Day Preschool Academy is a NAEYC accredited program.
