Commonwealth Catholic Charities local private guardianship program acts as a guardian of last resort to adults who are legally incapacitated. Candidates must be screened for services. Client services include routine visits and monitoring of care.

Guardianship Services (Public and Private) In the absence of appropriate family or friends, Family Service is appointed by the court as guardian/conservator responsible for the personal and financial affairs of the client. Service Fees Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid are accepted for some programs. Services may be offered on a subsidized basis to those without insurance.
