The Special Needs Trust program of The Arc of Northern Virginia works with families and individuals with disabilities on planning for then now as well as the future. Special Needs Trust (SNT) helps families provide for the financial future of their loved one without affecting their eligibility to government benefits.

A program collaborating with volunteers from local law offices. Free wills, advance medical directives, and/or Powers of Attorney to those who meet age and income eligibility. This program is only available twice per year. Call for additional information and to apply for advance notification.
