Smart Solutions serves the the Mediation-Court Coordinator for the area which provides access to mediation for active and appropriate cases from the Juvenile and Domestic Relations and General District courts. Smart Solutions provides co-parenting education, mediation, and conflict resolution skills training to individuals and organizations.

Northern Virginia Mediation Service (NVMS) helps business, local and federal government clients improve workplace communication, relationships, teamwork and productivity. Experienced professionals start with an assessment and tailor services to meet clients' needs in addressing challenges such as manager-employee disputes, organizational change and EEO complaints. Services available include facilitation, coaching, training, team activities and mediation.

AAA provides mediators and complete mediation services. Whether mediation is required by contract or parties simply want to submit an existing dispute to mediation, AAA Mediation Services can provide the mediation support needed and the appropriate mediator for an individual dispute.

Provides educational programs and support services to strengthen family relationships and alleviate stresses on family life. Workshops include couples communication, problem solving and conflict resolution, dynamics of child and spouse abuse, and managing child behavior. Offers a family life library, respite child care, and prenatal support. New parent support and play group that meets once a week.

Mediation is a process for problem-solving and decision-making and can be used to resolve almost any issue in families, workplaces, neighborhoods, churches, and communities. A neutral mediator facilitates communication between the parties and, without deciding the issues or imposing a solution, enables them to reach a mutually agreeable resolution to their dispute.

NVMS delivers Restorative Justice (RJ) services for youth and adults in collaboration with local public school systems, juvenile courts, police and neighborhoods. RJ involves a facilitated process that focuses on restoring accountability and repairing harm following a harmful incident such as a discipline issue in school, a neighborhood conflict or a misdemeanor crime. Participation is voluntary and community oriented with a focus on the needs of those affected by harm, or victims, in addition to accountability for those who committed harm, or offenders.
