Counselors address the needs and concerns of men and women who are survivors of sexual violence. Counseling is available whether the violence occurred recently or in the past. The Women's Resource Center also offers counseling services for school-aged children and teens who have experienced or witnessed sexual or domestic violence.

Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center provides victims of violence and their families with services that respond to their emotional, physical, and cultural needs in order to help them to become healthy and sufficient. These services include peer counseling, case management, personal advocacy and accompaniment services, emergency shelter, housing, and emergency financial assistance.

Offers a rape prevention program to Metro area schools and colleges. Train professionals in rape prevention and in understanding rape survivors. Provides programs to raise community awareness about sexual assault and ways to prevent it.

Offers a variety of educational and prevention programs about domestic and sexual violence. Programs are offered to church and civic groups, public and private schools, universities and other interested organizations.

The Community Education program at FCSS is Responsible for creating and providing an awareness of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and homelessness. This program disseminates and distributes information regarding FCSS, Inc and its services. Annual seminars, school and college presentations, and inservice trainings are available upon request.

Provide FREE crisis services to victims of sexual assault (both children and adults), their family members, friends, dating partners, and anyone else seeking services, related to overcoming sexual violence. Services include Crisis line, Crisis Counseling, Advocacy, Support Groups, and Community Trainings.

Provides direct support to individuals and families who are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault (primarily adult victims but including the non-offending parent in child abuse cases) by providing crisis intervention, education and resources, ensuring victim safety, pre-trial, trial and post-trial support, promoting healthy family interactions and reducing risk factors to family maltreatment.
