Mobility management is collaboration between Encompass Community Supports and the RTC Mobility Center to assist individuals in finding suitable transportation. Our Mobility Specialists staff the One-Call center located at the Culpeper Senior Center where individuals can get more information on transportation types, find out where trolleys and busses drop off and pick up, get assistance scheduling trips and our specialists will even ride with them to help riders become more comfortable with public transportation.
