We offer personalized support for pregnant women and new parents, helping them create safe, thoughtful parenting plans and address the full range of their family’s needs. Families can access resources for housing, budgeting, employment, mental health, and education. To ensure long-term success, our dedicated staff mentors parents for up to a year, helping them set goals and build a strong foundation to raise healthy, happy children.

The Center is non-profit and all services are free, respectful, and confidential. Provides free pregnancy tests, counseling on all pregnancy options including abortion, parenting, & adoption; birth control and emergency contraception information appointments, post-abortion counseling, baby and maternity clothing, baby items, and practical support to women and men in unexpected pregnancies, regardless of background, beliefs or situation. Counseling, educational and medical services are offered.

Baby Hope provides caretakers of babies in financial need with diapers and wipes.

A Diaper Bank Agent in Yorktown, VA for women in need with children between newborn through 4 years of age.

Please call during office hours to check availability. FOTE Outreach is a partnered agency of the Greater Hampton Roads Diaper Bank. We issue diapers to those children in need. Depending on the availability of product; we can issue diapers (newborn to size 6), pull-up training pants (2T-5T) and we even offer adult diapers & pull-ups.

Offers a food pantry and clothes closet to persons in need. Assists with diapers and wipes when available upon request.

Parents, Guardians, Caregivers of children or adults can receive diapers twice a month at no cost.

Children and infants who are currently enrolled in the government supported Women, Infant, & Children (WIC) program can visit A Small Hand once a month. They will be offered a month's supply of disposable diapers and wipes, along with additional items as they are available: clothes, food, formula, hygiene items (shampoo, lotion, etc.).

50 Free pampers, training pants, or adult depends. Free clothes, shoes, and household items if donated.

Offer low-income families in the New River Valley FREE support with baby and toddler clothing, books, toys, diapers, wipes, and other necessities. To promote health and wellness for baby and toddlers, parents provide proof of a Well-Child Visit or a Dental Visit to start shopping.

Community Service Organization which provides Emergency Food, Diapers and personal products to individuals and families with an expressed need.

Educate women, teens, and families in the areas of prenatal care, pregnancy, childbirth, breast-feeding, infant care, child seat safety, reproductive health and hygiene. Provide support and supplies (diapers, formula, child safety seat) free to low income families.

Distributes donated food to people who are in emergency situations and a diaper pantry.

Provides no cost pregnancy tests, options education including abortion, parenting, & adoption; birth control and emergency contraception information; limited medical services including ultrasound, STI/STD testing & treatment; post-abortion support; pregnancy and parenting education and support to women and men in unexpected pregnancies, regardless of background, beliefs or situation. Appointments can be made at lifespringva.org/contact/. Walk-ins are welcome. Maternity clothing is available at the Downtown Charlottesville location. All baby items can easily be earned through our parenting enrichment program, Parent University.

Clients can receive emergency supplies of one dozen diapers, formula and baby food every 30 days when available.
