An applicant must be 65 years of age or older, or if a couple, one member must be at least 65 years of age. In addition, an applicant must meet the admission requirements for a cottage or apartment at Kendal at Lexington.

Serves adult women with primary diagnosis of Intellectual Disability (diagnosis must be documented as originating prior to age 18). Applicants must have source of funding, i.e. ID Medicaid Waiver, private pay funds. Povide comprehensive support services in a Christian community setting with the goal of helping each person experience the most independent and complete life possible utilizing person-centered planning.

A 21-bed assisted living facility for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. Licensed to provide care to residents who require only the residential level of care. Provides care for residents who by reason of physical or mental impairment are not capable independent living. Facilities with this qualification are permitted to care for residents who by reason of physical or mental impairment are not capable of self preservation without the assistance of another person.
Lifecare Retirement community offering active residential living to retired officers of the uniformed armed services and seniored government officials.
Offers apartments for independent living, including some modified for those with disabilities. Operates a central dining room which serves one meal per day, a beauty shop, store, game room, arts and crafts room, and a library in the building. Provides 24-hour front desk coverage. Does not offer nursing care. Provides programs designed to promote wellness, socialization, and educational growth. Rent based on monthly income. Offers Section 8 assistance.
Operates group home and apartment programs for adults who have developmental disabilities. Accepts referrals from Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board or Virginia Dept. of Medical Assistance Services Medicaid waiver. Income limit applies to homes receiving Section 8 subsidy.

Carriage Hill has an Alzheimer's Program which is a separate unit within the location that is designed specifically for people with Alzheimer's and other memory-impairment disorders. The Comprehensive Alzheimer's program provides the full range of care and services for seniors with mid-to-early-moderate cognitive and functional impairment, and for those with moderate-to-early-severe impairment.
Offer continual support including overnight staff to respond to the health, medical and behavioral needs of individuals. Each program participant has a service plan developed to assist him or her to reach their goals. Person-centered services strive to offer the greatest opportunities for unrestricted participation and community inclusion. Skill-building and assistance may be provided in personal care, domestic skills, leisure time, daily life skills, behavior management community integration and social skills. Assistance is offered in administration of medications.

The independent wing has 10 units with a separate entrance from the outside. Provides 24 hour services and care to the cognitively impaired in a home like environment that is barrier free. To allow the resident to age with dignity and age in a place with a specially trained staff. Care for residents with cognitive impairment associated with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and strokes, in addition to other forms of dementia. Residence will have 30 private rooms and 5 semi-private rooms for a maximum of 40 residents. The staff to resident ratio will be 1 to 8.

Provides a residential facility for people with developmental disabilities. Services provided in the facility include organizational elements which include residential cottages, communication, community and social services, cosmetology, education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, primary nursing, psychology, recreation and leisure, vocational training and employment, and volunteer services.
Licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services as a home for ten adults with mild or moderate disability. Meets an resident's needs for social, recreational, and employment opportunities in a home like environment. Most people who live at the Grayson House develop sufficient skills to move on to more independent living arrangements. Applicants to the program must be willing to work in a day job, job training, or educational placement.
