An elevator-equipped housing community consisting of one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens for people aged 62 or older or people with disabilities requiring a physically accessible home. Accessible minibus transportation is available on a scheduled basis Monday through Friday and emergency response service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. People wishing to reside at Scott Hill must have an adjusted income which does not exceed federally established income limits for the Clifton Forge area. The amount paid for rent, including a utility allowance, will not exceed thirty percent of an eligible resident's adjusted income. Services include: *Evening meal prepared by the on site Dining Services Manager; *Accessible minibus transportation available on scheduled basis Monday through Friday; *24 hour maintenance/emergency response provided; *Service coordinators available to link residents to supportive services within the community; *Recreation room with pool table; *Beauty parlor/barber shop.

Offers 103 independent single level attached homes and is part of the continuum of care offered at Warm Hearth Village retirement community. Residents pay a Life-lease fee at occupancy based on the neighborhood and floor plan selected. A minimum of 40 percent of the Life lease fee is returned to the resident or his or her estate. Features six floor plans measuring between 1080 and 1541 square feet. Each home has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room and a dining room. Some have a den, garage, eat in kitchen and mud room. The monthly service fee paid covers water, sewer, trash collection, pest control, outside lighting of walkways, evening security, maintenance of the home's appliances, ground maintenance, and response to the individual emergency call systems. Residents have access to Village services such as dining, exercise room, therapies, transportation, planned activities, and receive priority admission to next levels of care.
