Didlake Day Support Programs provide opportunities for people with disabilities to optimize their personal, social, and vocational skills. Programs and services focus on personal growth and learning to help each individual live a full, responsible, productive life. Provides a supportive environment and encourage individuals to have new experiences. All individuals are active participants along with their family members, support coordinators, and direct caregivers in the development of their specific program plan. Program plans support the individual needs, desires, and interests of each participant.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services provides assistance to individuals recovering from mental illness through case management, supported living, intensive community treatment, and a "clubhouse" program. For routine Intakes, individuals are encouraged to call the main telephone number and request an Intake and Assessment.

Provides a Retirement Community for Independent Living and Assisted living for seniors age 55+.

The program serves children between the ages of 10 and 18. The program implements individual and group counseling services to teach adolescents life skills. Provides employment coaching as well as coordination of therapeutic services. The program is participant focused but works to involve the parents in treatment planning. The frequency and intensity of the contacts with the Youth Counselor are determined according to the individual needs of the participants. Youth typically are in the program and monitored between 2 and 6 months. Community Attention works in conjunction with the 16th District Court Services Unit to provide Electronic Monitoring, Assessment, and Diversion services to Charlottesville and Albemarle County. The Day Services Program assists Danville and Pittsylvania County citizens with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to reach their fullest potential by providing supports to access available resources from their local and surrounding communities. Day Services provides a supportive environment where individuals with developmental disabilities are treated with dignity and respect.

DBVI provides services and resources which empower individuals who are blind, vision impaired or deafblind to achieve their desired levels of employment, education, and personal independence. Services are provided through 4 main programs: Vocational Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Teaching and Independent Living, Low Vision Services and Education Services. Most services are provided in the person's home, school, or workplace. Referrals are accepted from individuals, families, schools, doctors, and other community partners.

CHCG provide individualized training and support to individuals in-home or in a comfortable non-restrictive environment. Assist in developing real world problem solving techniques to encourage independence, personal and community stability. Services will be provided in three month increments with a maximum of ten hours weekly.
