Members participate voluntarily in work units of their choice which focus on the duties necessary for the daily operation of the Club. Work units include: Food; Membership; Clerical; and Maintenance. By taking part in the unit activities members gain confidence, build self-esteem, learn job-related skills, and work with others towards a common goal of recovery. Kenmore Club also provides educational training and transitional employment opportunities.

Offers 103 independent single level attached homes and is part of the continuum of care offered at Warm Hearth Village retirement community. Residents pay a Life-lease fee at occupancy based on the neighborhood and floor plan selected. A minimum of 40 percent of the Life lease fee is returned to the resident or his or her estate. Features six floor plans measuring between 1080 and 1541 square feet. Each home has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room and a dining room. Some have a den, garage, eat in kitchen and mud room. The monthly service fee paid covers water, sewer, trash collection, pest control, outside lighting of walkways, evening security, maintenance of the home's appliances, ground maintenance, and response to the individual emergency call systems. Residents have access to Village services such as dining, exercise room, therapies, transportation, planned activities, and receive priority admission to next levels of care.
